We offer fully managed daily services for people of all ages in their own homes.  Care need is assessed individually and tailored to individual requirements. We offer an initial home assessment visit, care plan, regular review visits, regular telephone contact Our carers are supervised regularly. Training & professional development are provided regularly to up-skill Our daily carers are carefully assessed on their skills and aptitude and will provide the personal care and domestic help that you need in a sensible and competent way, plus be a reassuring presence in your home, on a long-term or temporary basis.  Daily help and care will be arranged on a temporary basis at difficult or busy times. This might be required after discharge from hospital, during periods of illness, or as relief for a relative or another carer.  This includes supporting patients who need nursing care, infusion and injections services, medication administration. This may also include stroke and special therapy services such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. All our caregivers are certified, qualified, referenced and experienced. Not all stroke patients are affected the same, therefore caring for the patient differs. A stroke can result in impairment to the one side of your body, such as your arm, leg, eye, etc. The stroke patient might have difficulty walking and doing their daily tasks. Football is said to have evolved in modern Europe from the 9th century onwards. Due to advancements in rules and regulations governing the game, football clubs began to spring up in Europe as early as the 1700's and football continued to flourish in Europe till the creation of the International Federation of Associational football (FIFA) in 1904 which reflected an international agreement between codes and countries with the first ever world cup been held in Uruguay and since then, the world cup has remained the summit of the football world. Football, like any other sports require a lot of effort, energy usage and hard work and as such has a lot to do with health. The researchers studied the physical effects of soccer training for untrained subjects aged 9 to 77 years. The conclusion was clear. Soccer provides broad-spectred health and fitness effects that are at least as pronounced as for running and in some cases even better. Study leader Peter Krustrup concludes "Soccer is a very popular team sport that contains positive motivational and social factors that may facilitate compliance and contribute to the maintenance of a physically active lifestyle. The studies presented have demonstrated that soccer training for two-three hours per week causes significant cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal adaptations, independent on gender, age or lack of experience with soccer". In fact, Soccer which can be great workout and lots of fun has a lot of health benefits, some of which include; These and many more depict that football in very beneficial to health, but also it has been proven to be very detrimental as it could be associated to many injuries and health situations other than the obvious leg and arm fracture, sprains and strains. Some of which would be: **Cardiac Conditions:** Most medical problems causing sudden death are cardiac in origin. Sudden death in athletes is generally caused by congenital heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy being the most common cause. Around the globe and more so in Africa, there is hardly a perfectly healthy community as most communities still suffer a lot from several disease exposures and lack of medical facilities to improve health care. It is therefore our point of interest to forge ways of improving on the health conditions of our communities. And in doing so, we are taking out time this international day of the woman to pin point on how much role women play in developing healthier communities. In general, women have the most influence regarding growth in any community and they do not just have this power in fostering economic growth, but more so in promoting healthier communities. The woman is the back bone of a family and her sphere is spread beyond that, Women are the builders of any strong community. As much as there are many things women do in growing their communities, the main focus here is to elaborate on how much role they play in making their communities healthy. Traditionally or customarily, the African woman has always taken the charge of ensuring that her immediate family stays healthy. They take it upon themselves to make sure that the environment in which they leave is always kept clean which goes a long way to prevent intake of diseases by children. These in turn takes a wider effect on the community at large. Making sure that surroundings are kept clean and food and water which goes into the body are purified and well prepared helps prevent diseases such as typhoid, diarrhoea, cholera and more. Malaria too is prevented when environments are clean as there is no room for mosquitoes to breed. The woman also promotes health by being the first aid of her home, in most African communities; the woman takes it upon herself to nurse children and their husband back to health. They bear the responsibility of taking their sick children and husbands to health facilities, take instructions on how the drugs are to be administered and continue the role of a nurse back at home till treatment is complete. With the developing nature of the world today, women now occupy post of responsibilities in most health facilities. Many women act as nurses in health cares. Today, in Africa and beyond, not only have risen to the post of medical doctors and practitioners, they also head and lead health cares. They also go a long way in taking part in medical research’s to improve combating diseases such as HIV AIDS, Malaria and other killer disease. Women also take part in going into less developed areas like communities with no health facilities to administer drugs and vaccines to sick people. Women naturally as mothers have a high tendency of relating to issues such as health as it involves caring for people, so it is no surprise that they are contributing this much in creating a healthier community.   ©2019 - 2022 BettaHealth and BettaCare Services. Beyond what is often done elsewhere, BETTAHEALTH presents itself as a model, a lasting solution for the field of health to regain its importance in the consciousness of the population. This article contains a description of the BETTAHEALTH Nkozoa infrastructure, a presentation of the community mobilization campaign, an announcement on current BETTAHEALTH offers and a summary description of the personnel active on the site. **As indicated on its sign**, the establishment of a BETTAHEALTH structure in Cameroon has received a pre-authorization by Order N°: 1365/ST/MINSANTE/SG/DRSPC/BCASS/CN01/CN02. BETTAHEALTH Nkozoa is designed on an R1 building secured by a barrier, a guard and electronic surveillance. The building is powered during load shedding by a 13,000 watt emergency generator housed next to a gigantic water tower for water reserve. The medical jewel which we are describing is located towards the western exit of the city of Yaoundé in the community of Nkozoa, a place called “Entrée Ministre”. Admission is free and everyone is welcome to drop by**.** The month of July at BETTAHEALTH was marked by an intense community mobilization and awareness campaign, which allowed the label to communicate with the host community and the community to have contact with an innovative health facility. Today this interaction continues on the WhatsApp network in a group **— BETTAHEALTH Nkozoa —** which brings together members of the community who have shared their contacts and members of the medical and administrative staff of BETTAHEALTH. As a bonus, we have the scene of the municipal stadium of Nkozoa where the football festival of a local elite takes place – Mrs. Philomène Etoundi Ngoa – as a platform where BETTAHEALTH presents a face of its work through medical coverage offered to the event. **A free infant vaccination session is announced** for this Saturday, August 06, 2022 from 07:30. It is also planned to distribute the BCG vaccine for children aged 0 to 11 months. The information is broadcast on the WhatsApp social network and announced wherever necessary. BETTAHEALTH staff members is simple and very friendly. This promotes a reduction of tensions, soothes the atmosphere and creates the necessary climate for all visitors (sick or not) to feel at ease during their stay. Doctors, specialists, nurses, midwives, managers and administrators are permanently present on the site and ready to react.
